TDT races to Anglesey!

Trackday Trophy returns to Anglesey following a three-year break, to take on the Coastal circuit layout of the Welsh circuit on Saturday 1 of August!

Settled in the shadow of the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, Anglesey is as spectacular to view as it is to drive, with the circuit providing an exhilarating challenge for all competitors, set against a picturesque mountainous backdrop.

To come out on top in the Trackday Trophy race, drivers will need to master some of the circuit's most technical features, along with several distinctive heavy-braking zones, such as the run into Banking (turn two) & Rocket. The Corkscrew, however, is one of the most challenging yet rewarding parts of the lap, with dramatic decent and camber changes testing driver skill. Get it right and drivers can maximise their speed and momentum down onto the main straight, and through into the fast first corner! Get it wrong, and play catch up for most of the first sector of the next lap.

Trackday Trophy’s mandatory pit stop also adds a strategic element to the race. Drivers will need to carefully consider their tactics, with pit-stop timing often proving crucial.

Last time out at Anglesey saw a dramatic late-race shake-up, with the Team Rebbieha Class B Honda Civic taking victory. Drivers McHugh and Heslop produced a superb recovery drive through the field to secure the win. Wayne Cockerill brought the Aindale Racing Toyota Celica home in second place, while the Semprini Racing Honda Civic completed the podium.
