Who will earn the trophies in Norfolk?

16 June 2022

After three enthralling rounds of Trackday Trophy in 2022, the series now heads to Norfolk for round number four. Since TDT’s inception back in 2010, Snetterton has been a stalwart of the calendar and we eagerly anticipate another sensational day of motorsport.

Snetterton’s popular 300 circuit was designed by Jonathan Palmer and inspired by a number of the world’s leading motor racing venues, meaning the layout blends a challenging and complex sequence of fast straights and tight corners - offering TDT competitors a unique and tricky challenge. The 300 circuit is renowned within UK motorsport and hosts a variety of prestigious events on both two and four wheels, such as: British Touring Car, British Superbikes and British GT Championship.

Trackday Trophy has been as competitive as ever in 2022, with plenty of on-track action and varying class podium finishers, and we expect more of the same at Snetterton. The thrilling technical infield section, containing the likes of: Agostini, Hamilton and Oggies will test car and driver performance alike, while the long Bentley and Senna Straights will provide good opportunity to line up an overtake.

Last time out Dubshack Motorsport’s pairing of Rawlings/Zakrzewski mustered their second overall win of the year, while Sarah Hobson and the Adams duo of Martyn and Rob claimed class victories. It’ll be fascinating to see who will be the ones to replicate their feats come July 2nd
