2025 has been a year of significant milestones for Trackday Trophy. It's marked the fifteenth year of competition for the series, one hundred races completed and now – on Saturday 18 October – a highly-anticipated debut at Croft awaits!
The North Yorkshire circuit has become a staple of motorsport in the UK and a regular fixture on a number of reputable calendars, including the British Touring Car Championship.
Now it’s the time for Trackday Trophy competitors to blast around the 3.38km lap for the first time, battling for three class podiums over the course of a 45-minute race.

As it has been since inception in 2010, Trackday Trophy is a competitive platform for both racing novices and veterans to compete. A whole host of teams have stepped upon the class podiums this season and there will be plenty eager to stake their claims on the first series trophies at Croft.
Amongst those set to be battling for Class B honours is Team Air Supply’s Jack Wright and Matthew Allatt, who won overall last time out at Cadwell Park. The Porsche 944 team will be looking to again challenge at the front, but the duo will have to contend with the likes of Michael Rawlings (Paddock Performance Racing) and David Zakrzewski (Dubshack Motorsport).
Aindale Racing’s Wayne Cockerill is no stranger to the Class C podium and will be hoping to be amongst the fight once more, as will Tommy Valentine (Burton Power Racing) and Gareth Sockett (GS Racing).
Elsewhere, two Boreham Motorsport Mazda MX-5s will be looking to be in the hunt for the Class D silverware, in the form of Adams/Adams and Jack Hargraves. 77 Racing’s pairing of Gilbert and Baldacci were amongst the trophy winners at Cadwell Park and will be looking to repeat the feat at Croft, while NJM Racing’s Jack Spooner is another who will be keen to impress.
There are plenty of other drivers not mentioned who will be vying for the trophies in each class too though, with all signs pointing towards a Croft debut that will live long in the memory!
