Brands Hatch Indy - Preview

29 October 2025

For one final time in 2025, Trackday Trophy is about to go racing!

As has now become tradition for the series, the season will conclude with a race around the iconic Brands Hatch Indy circuit, on Saturday 15 November.

Three classes of production and production-based saloon, hatchback and sports cars will battle it out for the final podium trophies of the year.

If the action so far in 2025 is anything to go by, this’ll be a cracker!

A large number of differing drivers have taken to the class podiums over the course of the season, highlighted by the fact that at Croft last time out, both Class C and Class D were won by competitors picking up their first victories of the season – Gareth Sockett and Jack Hargraves. Even the Class B winner, Michael Rawlings, was only recording his second victory of the season – and his first this year as a solo driver.

Amongst the expected entry for the season finale is the only other two-time Class B winner in 2025, Unique Racing’s Charlie Palk. At Brands Hatch, Palk will be hoping to become the only driver to claim three Class B wins, but should expect stiff competition from the likes of Reade/Reade (Wolf Motorsport) and Jamie McHugh (Trackday Academy).

Aindale Racing’s Wayne Cockerill is another two-time class winner, having triumphed in Class C at both Brands Hatch and Donington Park this year. The Toyota Celica driver will be hoping to secure a third in Kent, but it won’t be easy with Sarah Hobson (Hobson Racing), Colin Murphy (Algar Racing) and Trevor Hurrell (Team Wheelcare), amongst others, all looking for the final trophies of the season themself.

The battle for trophies in the ever-competitive Class D will surely provide highly entertaining. BC Cars Motorsport’s duo of Alister Esam and Colin Wells are amongst the entry, with fellow Mazda MX-5 drivers Coombs/Coombs (Miller Motorsport) and Fletcher/Langsdon (EHKO Racing) also set to challenge.

With plenty of others in each class, who have not been mentioned previously, looking to make their mark on the season finale, we can’t wait for Saturday 15 November.

2025 has been a landmark year for Trackday Trophy. Not only has it been the fifteenth year since the series inception, but it’s also the season which hosted the 100th ever Trackday Trophy race!

A fresh logo being introduced to commemorate the occasion, a series debut at Croft and races at all three of Great Britain’s active Grand Prix circuits have all played their part in what has been a special year and now we look forward to signing it off in style.

Entries for the final round can be made here.
