Team Description


Manhattan Racing has been competing in the "Time Attack" series for the past 2 years and we have now decided to go racing proper. Having raced bikes previously at National & European level, my very close second passion was cars and at the ripe old age of 41, I decided to switch to 4 wheels. Initially doing European track days and Trips to the Ring, I soon got bored and entered the "Time Attack" series. This was great fun but not really suiting the Porsche 968 nor fulfilling my need for "full on" racing. The TDT series appealed from both a cost perspective and a great first step into car racing. The name Manhattan comes from my title sponsor who have supported me throughout my bike racing career and now into 4 wheels. Manhattan Showers are a UK based company manufacturing Shower Enclosures and Showers Trays to both the building and retail bathroom industry.
