The 22nd October now plays host to both Trackday and
Team Trophy races with a timetable that will be
scheduled as follows so that Trackday Trophy competitors will be
able to take part in both races:
Practice / quailifying for Trackday Tophy will take place early
morning
Practice / quailfying for Team Trophy will take place late
morning
Trackday Trophy race - early afternoon
Team Trophy race - late afternoon
We have received a number of emails from Trackday Trophy
competitors who would like to race in both the both races that day.
However, many are concerned about committing to the second race on
the basis that their cars could fall foul of damage or mechanical
failure during the Trackday Trophy race.
Due to MSA regulations we are unable to accept entries on the
day of the race without permission from the stewards. Therefore, we
would like to offer anyone that enters both races, the chance to
withdraw from the Team Trophy race should your entry be compromised
by either mechanical failure or damage from the Trackday Trophy
race.
In this instance, withdrawals will receive a full credit of the
entry fee less a £20 administration charge subject to the
competitor submitting an official withdrawal from the Team Trophy
race for mechanical reasons.
However, this offer will only apply should their be places
remaining on the grid for Team Trophy. If the race becomes fully
booked, we will be contacting those last to enter to confirm the
offer no longer applies and at this stage you will either be able
to remain entered in Team Trophy with a confirmed entry or offered
a full refund. Therefore it is in your interest to get booked in as
soon as possible!
The Team Trophy at Oulton Park is now open for
bookings via the calendar page of the Team Trophy website. The
Trackday Trophy race at Oulton Park will be open for booking on
Monday 5th September.
As a result, the Team Trophy end of season
finale at Brands Hatch has now been moved to
November, although a specific date is yet to be confirmed,
further information will be announced in the
near future.
